Problem Property managers are central to Esusu's growth, yet had no visibility into the impact of rent reporting across their properties.

Solution We designed a real-time dashboard that transformed data into actionable insight. This gave property managers a clear, portfolio-wide view of their renters' credit outcomes.

My Role

  • Owned end-to-end design for the embedded rent reporting experience spanning discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and QA

  • Led cross-functional collaboration with product team and presented prototypes, research findings, and progress updates directly to senior leadership

  • Partnered with data science and engineering to design around technical complexities, understand limitations, and QA user experience
